Because we work with trusted vendors to ship items directly to you, our return policy follows Trendsi’s guidelines for quality assurance.

We accept returns only for:

•Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

•Claims submitted within 30 days of delivery

To request a return:

1. Email us at ivoryandpeony@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.)
    • If approved, we’ll provide next steps for your return or replacement.

❌ Non refundable items:

  • Sizing issues or change of mind (please check our size charts before ordering)
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Accessories, intimates, or bodysuits

If your return is approved, you will receive store credit or a replacement, depending on the situation. Refunds to original payment are not available.
